Provide Comments

The public comment period for the Draft EIS ended on October 14, 2025.  Government agencies impacted by the October 2025 partial federal government shutdown may be afforded additional time to provide comments.  A cutoff date for affected agencies to provide comments will be determined when the shutdown ends.
